Die Casting

Minimal variation in quality, optimal for mass production! Capable of handling complex hollow parts.

Our "die casting" involves placing the mold in a casting machine and pouring aluminum molten metal into the mold by gravity from the pouring gate, a process known as gravity casting. We perform tilting casting, where the aluminum molten metal is first poured into a receiving tray in front of the mold, and then the mold is slowly tilted to fill the product section. Tilting casting allows us to maintain a constant pouring speed, resulting in less variation in quality, making it suitable for mass production. Additionally, with the use of sand cores, we can accommodate complex hollow parts. 【Features】 ■ Adoption of tilting casting that maintains a constant pouring speed ■ Less variation in quality ■ Suitable for mass production ■ Capable of handling complex hollow parts *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Gravity die casting

It is possible to create high-quality castings! Gravity die casting enables the production of complex-shaped castings.

"Gravity die casting" involves creating a mold (die) from metal, utilizing the weight of the aluminum itself to pour it into the cavity of the mold, allowing the solidification shrinkage within the mold to be compensated by gravity. Compared to sand casting, the mold can be reused multiple times, enabling mass production. It allows for a wide range of casting designs compared to other casting methods, making it possible to create complex castings. 【Features】 ■ Capable of producing high-quality castings with a dense structure ■ Reusable multiple times, suitable for mass production ■ Capable of casting complex shapes with hollow sections ■ Allows for a wide range of casting designs ■ Capable of creating intricate castings *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Aluminum gravity die casting

We can accommodate both die casting and sand casting. Please consult us for mass production of aluminum castings.

Gravity casting guarantees the shape and dimensional accuracy of castings due to its high rigidity, while also contributing significantly to improved strength and productivity through rapid cooling and solidification of the molten metal, thanks to its excellent thermal conductivity, compared to sand casting. 【Features】 ■ Higher dimensional accuracy and surface quality compared to sand casting ■ Comprehensive support from casting to machining and surface treatment *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.

What is mold casting?

Mold casting with excellent pressure resistance and strength.

Die casting is a casting method that uses molds made of cast iron or heat-resistant alloy steel for shaping. Unlike the die casting method, which injects molten metal at high pressure and speed, it is also referred to as gravity die casting because it relies solely on the force of gravity to cast the molten metal.
